Returns & Refunds

At CelesteAura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Final sale items marked "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns
  • Personalized or altered items cannot be returned

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return through our Returns Portal within 30 days
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
  3. Include the completed return form with your package
  4. Ship using a trackable method (return shipping is customer's responsibility)

Refund Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
